Several of them have thousands more reviews than the Bololo ever had.

We looked. At the time of writing, the only new-condition unit we found was an open-box listing on eBay at $46.75 plus $59.90 shipping, roughly $107 delivered. That’s more than a brand-new Baby Brezza or Momcozy with free Prime shipping, and open-box means no original packaging and whatever return policy that seller offers. If you go that route, read the listing and return terms carefully.

How to choose the right sterilizer and dryer
- HEPA vs. “filter.” If filtered drying air matters to you, pick one whose listing actually says HEPA: Momcozy 3-Layer, Baby Brezza Advanced, Dr. Brown’s All-in-One, Tommee Tippee, or KleanPal Pro.
- Capacity. Count a full day of feeds plus pump parts. Exclusively pumping or have twins? Go for 10–12 bottles (Momcozy 3-Layer, HAUTURE, Papablic).
- Pump-part space. Flanges and valves need a shallow tray or dedicated holder. The Momcozy 3-Layer and Baby Brezza are built around this.
- Storage time. Anywhere from 24 to 72 hours sterile with the lid closed. Longer storage is nice if you batch-sterilize.
